Beatrice is a sweetheart. As the Crown Princess of Lower Easlow, she has a lot of responsibility on her shoulders, but she's always bright and cheerful with whatever she needs to do. She's an optimist and a problem-solver; if something's wrong, it's fine! It just needs to be sorted out!
Beatrice was born to a mother from Upper Easlow, from one of the high-ranking noble families of the area. Her mother also happened to be a mage, and she's passed this on to her children - a trait which nobody must ever find out about, because if people realised the Royal Family were mages, there'd be outrage. As soon as her children started showing signs of magical ability, Lady Imelda Stone promptly packed her bags and left, leaving King John Attwood to look after the two young girls on his own.
Beatrice takes her role as Crown Princess extremely seriously, and she's worried about the potential consequences of their secrets being revealed, so she refuses to actively use magic. However, plants always seem to grow a little faster and healthier when she's the one tending to them. :D
